Get ready to experience "the power of play." LEGO Serious Play (LSP) is a proven method for building stronger teams, increasing engagement, and breaking down barriers to communication. For more then 20 years, companies like Microsoft, Coca Cola, and SAP have harnessed the power of LSP to build better teams. In this workshop, you will get to experience an actual LSP session and learn how the methodology can be used in your organization. No building skills required! We will send you the supplies you need after you register for the session.
About Your Presenter: Dr. Travis Kahle
Dr. Travis Kahle has been in higher education since 2012 where he has worked as an adjunct instructor, admissions representative, and career services director. He obtained his Doctor of Executive leadership degree from the University of Charleston, where his research interests included the impact of forgiveness on leadership and Positive Leadership theory. As a native West Virginian, he is passionate about education and economic development in the Mountain State.
